"Monday, It's Red Beans and Rice" Cookbook
Hark en back to your youth and the years of institutional food that you sometimes liked, but mostly had to endure. Saint John's Elementary has put together a cookbook with recipes by families on the Mississippi Gulf Coast (Just outside of New Orleans). In some places they eat to live, here we live to eat! Enjoy modern recipes jazzed up with traditional extras (such as creole mustard on grilled cheese sandwiches). Yum!
