Shipping Options and Information
Domestic
United States Postal Service (USPS)
We include USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, and First Class Mail options for shipping our products. The X6-1, X6-2 and X250-1 are packaged at approximately 6oz each, including all accessories. We recommend USPS services for the quickest and most economical shipping option for orders up to 4 units. USPS provides tracking numbers but they are inconsistent at scanning these barcodes during shipment. Don't be surprised if your tracking number doesn't update or gets "stuck" at a location. Here are the differences between the USPS services:
United Parcel Service (UPS)
We include UPS Ground, 3-day Select, Worldwide Expedited, and Worldwide Saver options. UPS provides excellent tracking services. We had poor service with UPS Next Day so we don't offer that option anymore.
UPS and FedEx Customer Accounts
We can also ship orders using your FedEx or UPS account. Select "local pickup" (no shipping charges) during the order checkout process and provide your UPS or FedEx account number and instructions in the order comments section.
International
Please note that import taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the package. Some countries can levy taxes up to 30 percent! Email our sales staff if you have special instructions for customs declaration that may help alleviate the tax burden. Some countries add an additional fee upon delivery of Express Mail packages.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
We include USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, and First Class Mail options for shipping to international customers. Again, their tracking numbers don't always update properly. Import regulations and customs can slow the delivery of packages. Also, remember that the customer is responsible for all import taxes upon receiving the product. Here are notes regarding USPS international services:
United Parcel Service (UPS)
Although an expensive option, UPS is proven to be the best at international shipments. Their tracking service is excellent and they seem to get packages through customs quickly. We include UPS Worldwide Expedited and Worldwide Saver options for international orders. Note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes upon receiving the product.
